A little about the Hotel and Condominium ownership concept

A little about the name to avoid confusion... The hotel name is a marketing name and it’s important for clients to understand that they are all privately owned full ownership condominiums with no need to participate in a hotel type management arrangement. Because of the La Ventana location and vacation draw for rentals, we feel that it will be to the benefit of many owners to offer a little more inclusive package for owners and their guests. This development will offer some new amenities further increasing the desirability of the owner’s investment and people’s desire to live in rent a condominium in a more services orientated environment. Some of the amenities now offered will be, restaurant and pool bar with room service, gym with yoga studio, spa, reception and bell hop for greeting and checking out guests and owners as well as to help with luggage and groceries etc. and handle room service, 24 hour security, secure parking, store available, incredible common area with large pool, incredible Jacuzzi and fire pit features.

We are forecasting to still keep peoples HOA monthly fees very reasonable in the 1500 – 2000 pesos price range depending on the unit size.

As well one of the featured amenities will be for the Hotel Services to offer your private condominium for rental, this will be for condominiums in rotation that subscribe to this service and these select condominiums with benefit from all normal amenities offered to all owners but also to Alttus marketing benefits for rentals. Of course individual condominium owners can choose to manage and rent their own properties on their own but even then they will still benefit from onsite reception and cleaning services.
